Brian Klickman

Brian Klickman began studying the cello at age three through the Suzuki Method, and currently plays in the Canton, Akron and Firelands Symphony Orchestras. He has also been Principal of the Kent/Blossom Chamber Orchestra and a member of the Lakeside Symphony Orchestra. A winner of the Cleveland Cello Society Scholarship Competition, Brian has collaborated in chamber music with such artists as Renee Jolles, Tao Lin, and Kurt Muroki, and holds degrees from the Cleveland Institute of Music in Cello Performance, Suzuki Pedagogy, and Music Theory, where his principal teachers were Richard Weiss and Mark Kosower.
