Support Caroga Arts and join us for a fun day of golf at the beautiful Nick Stoner Municipal Golf Course! The Caroga Arts Golf Outing is our only onsite fundraising event in the 2020 Season. Help Caroga Arts continue its mission to reignite the Caroga Experience while enjoying a round of golf and participating in the putting contest!

Date: Sunday, August 9, 2020

Time: Tee-off at 9:00am

Location: Nick Stoner Municipal Golf Course, 1803 State Hwy 10, Caroga Lake, NY 12032

Prizes: 1st place $400 cash , 2nd place $200 cash, and awards for other categories!

Favor Bag: All registered players receive a favor bag with info cards, wrap sandwich, drink chip from Nick Stoner Inn, and Caroga Arts swag.

Social Distancing Rules for Golfers:

  1. Stay at least 6 feet from others
  2. Don’t shake hands before or after game
  3. Leave flag stick in hole – do not touch flag stick
  4. Do not share clubs or other equipment
  5. Carts are limited to 2 person per cart
  6. Carts will be sanitized before and after each round

Safety Precautions:

  1. In order to maintain the safety of our staff, volunteers, and golfers, please practice social distancing and follow the course’s rules.
  2. Masks are required upon arrival for checking in. Please maintain at least a 6 feet distance from others while checking in.
  3. All of our staff and volunteers will be required to wear masks around others and we will only have a limited number of people working in order to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
  4. Carts will be pre-assigned with favor bags that include a program handout and other items. 
  5. For the safety of everyone, the award ceremony will be a drive-in award ceremony at the Sherman’s  parking lot. Please stay in your vehicles at all times.
  6. We encourage you to follow public health guidelines: practice physical distancing, wear a face covering, and wash your hands frequently and thoroughly. To learn more visit www.cdc.gov.

About the Event:

Caroga Arts Golf Outing welcomes golfers of all ages and levels. The tournament is a four person scramble. You can register an entire team, a partial team, or as an individual. Individuals and partial teams will be matched with other individuals or partial teams. 

After the round, join us for prizes! Prizes include longest drive, $5 skins, closest to the pin, 1st all men, 1st all women, and 1st mixed.

All proceeds from the event will go towards supporting Caroga Arts programming and its mission to reignite the Caroga Experience. Your continuing support it greatly appreciated.

We also offer hole sponsorship and flag sponsorship for individuals and businesses interested in supporting Caroga Arts and taking advantage of publicity benefits.
