Daniel Grabois is Professor Emeritus of Horn at the Mead Witter School of Music at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has been a member of the Meridian Arts Ensemble since 1989, and has composed and arranged numerous works for the group. Grabois has released four solo recordings: Air Names, Fire Names, Earth Names, and Water Names, featuring his own compositions. His compositions, including four etude books and numerous chamber and solo works, are published by Wave Front Music. He is a Yamaha Performing Artist.
