Your Body Is Your Strad Winter Virtual Institute

Your Body Is Your Strad (YBIYS) Virtual Institute focuses on the importance of awareness in enhancing functions of the real instrument – your body and mind – to help maximize musical communication and minimize injury in performance, utilizing the Feldenkrais Method.
Directed by cellist and Feldenkrais Practitioner Uri Vardi and former flutist and Feldenkrais Practitioner Hagit Vardi, the YBIYS Virtual Institute is a live interactive one-week institute open to all instrumentalists, vocalists and practitioners – students, educators and professionals are encouraged to register.
The Institute offers opportunities to improve body awareness in performance, learn from cutting edge faculty and speakers, connect with world-class artists, and create a community with fellow musicians from around the world!
