6th Annual Caroga Arts Charity Golf Tournament

The Caroga Arts Collective presents the 6th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on August 11, 2024.

This year’s golf tournament promises to be a day full of great golf, fun, prizes, and more!

ENTRY FEES: $500 per Foursome / $125 per player

If you register your Foursome and pay in full by July 15 you will automatically be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a special prize for four! – Final registrations due by July 22

Player entry fee includes: Green fee, cart, mulligan, sleeve of golf balls , goody items, drinks and food on the course

    • 1st Prize = $400 cash
    • 2nd Prize = $200 cash
    • 3rd Prize = $100 cash
  • Top scoring Women’s Team = $200 cash
  • Closest to the pin – Men’s/Women’s
    • Cash and Prizes
  • Longest Drive – Men’s/Women’s
    • Cash and Prizes
  • Putting contest = Cash Prize
  • Skins (additional $20) = Cash Prize
  • Hole in One – $15,000 Sponsored by Brown’s Ford

The Caroga Arts Charity Golf Tournament has become a significant source of funding for the Caroga Arts Collective, with all proceeds going directly towards year-round educational and artistic programs. Your support of performing arts organizations, like Caroga Arts, is more important now than ever.

As a sponsor, you provide direct support for our organization as we work to present unique performances and education programs in Caroga and the operations and maintenance of Sherman’s Park.

  • 8:00-8:45am – Check-in.
    • Enjoy a breakfast sandwich
    • Pick up goody items
    • Enjoy a drink or two at our Mimosa & Bloody Mary table
    • Grab a hot or iced coffee at the Upstate Coffee pop-up truck
    • Teams load up carts.
  • Stop at one of the tables to pay for optional add-ons:
    • Skins – $20 per team – cash only
    • Musician Mulligan – $10, 2 musician mulligans for hole #10 only
    • Tickets for 50/50 & Raffle Baskets
    • Putt It & Keep It Game on the Practice Green – $10 a putt or $25 for 3 putts
  • 8:45-8:55am – Welcome by Kyle Price. Golf Pro announcements. Remarks by Kim MacIvor.
  • 8:55am – Send off with “Musicians Toast”
  • 9:00am – 1812 Overture “Shotgun“ Start
    • Throughout the course enjoy complementary drinks and food stands including hot dogs by Caroga Lakeview Store, meatballs by Pleasant Lake Inn, and samples of moonshine by DikinDurt Distillery
  • 1:30pm – Awards Announced and enjoy drinks under the tent outside of Golf Pro Shop

“Putt it & Keep it” on the Practice Green

Once you have finished your round of golf, grab a cold drink from the reception tent and then head over to the practice green to take a chance at winning a nice bottle of wine or whiskey, a cooler bag filled with drinks and goodies, or other items spread throughout the practice green. $10 a putt or $25 for 3 putts
