This site collects two types of information from you:

CAC automatically collects some non-personal information from our Site’s “cookies.” Other tracking mechanisms, registration forms, online surveys, etc., such as:

* The domain name from you linked to our Site

CAC collects personal information from our Site’s donation forms, registration forms, contact form, online surveys, merchandise transactions, and position applications such as:

* Telephone Number
* E-Mail address
* Credit card and Bank Information
* Job, fellowship, internship, and volunteer position application information
In general, we use personal information we collect from these forms, transactions, and applications for the purpose for which it was collected. We also work with certain third parties, and, in some cases, personal information will be shared with these parties in order to pursue CAC’s mission and goals.
We will not sell or disclose any of your personal information to a third party, except for the sharing information with our business partners (as noted above) and in the following limited circumstances:
* To fulfill our obligations to you and to respond to any questions or requests;

* To contact you about material changes in our site terms or policies;

* If you sign up for a blog, feed or newsletter, we may put you on our mailing list or even the list of a Third Party who we think has a similar mission;

UPDATES AND CORRECTIONS
This Site gives users the opportunity to change any information previously provided to us through this Site. CAC endeavors to keep your personal information accurate and up to date. If your personal information has changed, you may submit new information there as well.
We keep personal information for as long as we think necessary or advisable and we reserve the right to retain it to the full extent not prohibited by law. We may discard personal information in our discretion, so you should retain your own records, and not rely upon our storage of any personal information or other data.
Like some websites, we may use web beacons or flash cookies. A web beacon or flash cookie (also known as “action tags” “tracer tags” or “single-pixel gifs”) is an invisible graphic on a web page or e-mail newsletter that is programmed to collect non-personally identifiable information about your use of a given website or newsletter, e.g. whether you opened the e-mail. Like cookies, web beacons allow the Caroga Arts Collective and its technology providers to summarize overall usage patterns for our analysis and provide personalized services to you. We do not share or provide personally identifiable information we may collect through such web beacons, such as names or e-mail addresses without your express permission.
We do not want to collect information from children. Do not provide any personal information unless you are at least 13 years of age, and please caution your children not to provide any. If a child under 13 has provided personal information, a parent or guardian may so inform us by writing us at Our Address for Legal Notices (see below) and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete it from our database, subject to applicable law and this Policy.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information received from our users from unauthorized use or disclosure. This site has security measures in place to protect loss, misuse, and/or alteration of such information under our control. However, we do not guarantee the security of your General or Personal Information. In addition, we do not assume any liability for third party use of your General or Personal Information, whether obtained legally or illegally from or through this Site.
