Generally, Sherman’s is unavailable for rental during the Caroga Lake Music Festival (mid-July – August) as well as Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends.

2025 Pricing

Sherman’s Main Building – $1000 per day
– Includes usage of 23 tables (58” diameter) and chairs
– $150 musicians* discount and $150 preferred caterer** discounts available
– Additional day before or after event main building rental (for set up, clean up, tear down) may be available at $350 per day. Call (518) 832-2041 for details.
– Carousel use available at $150 per hour

Main Building, Bumper Car Pavilion & Grounds-$1,300 per day
– $150 musicians discount and $150 preferred caterer discounts available

Bumper Car Pavilion, Carousel Building, and Grounds-$1,000
– Additional $150 hourly for actual carousel use
– $150 discount if you have our musicians perform at your event

Bumper Car Pavilion & Grounds Only-$750
– $150 discount if you have our musicians perform at your event

Grounds Only-$400
– $150 discount if you have our musicians perform at your event

Events must occur between 8 am and 10 pm.

Spaces

Park Grounds – 7.5 acres of open ground with beautiful views of the lake and mountains.

Bumper Car Pavilion – Standing next to the lake, the iconic Bumper Car Pavilion offers a large open space with overhead cover.

Carousel Access – The historic carousel is complemented by the beautiful lighting and decorative interiors and stained glass windows (use of the Carousel is access only, no use of the platform or animals is granted). The Carousel is the perfect year-round venue space.

Bath Ave Parking Lot – Located adjacent to the Sherman’s Park, the Bath Ave Parking Lot can accommodate vehicles for your guests.
