Michigan-born bassoonist Arleigh Savage is a member of the Youngstown Symphony, the Cleveland Pops Orchestra, and the Lancaster Festival Orchestra. A specialist in chamber music, Ms. Savage is a founding member of the wind quintet, The North Coast Winds, and of the newly-debuted indie-world music duo Sororii. She is the music programs coordinator at Heights Arts, and is devoted to championing community-driven art projects and performances. Arleigh is bassoon faculty at Cleveland State University and The College of Wooster. She holds music performance degrees from Michigan State University and the Cleveland Institute of Music.
