Payment Information

To secure Early Bird pricing, sponsorship commitments must be confirmed by December 31, 2025, with a 50% deposit due by January 31, 2026 and the remaining balance by March 31, 2026. After December 31, standard registration and full payment are required by March 31, 2026.
