Timothy Paek, cellist and chamber music enthusiast, believes in its power to improve the world. As principal cellist for Cape Cod Chamber Orchestra and founding member of Beacon St. Quartet, he’s deeply involved in New England’s music scene. He collaborates with ensembles like Palaver Strings and Juventas New Music Ensemble, and founded the SandBar chamber music series. Highlights include a Brahms Double Concerto performance with Kiyoshi Hayashi and Maestro Matthew Scinto. Timothy also engineers recordings for Boston University Tanglewood Institute and others. Beyond music, he enjoys culinary pursuits, golf, tennis, and NBA playoffs.
