Michael’s musical career began at age 14, when he was featured in Terry George’s film Reservation Road as the concertmaster of an orchestra. The musical experiences of his youth inspired him to pursue a career in the arts, which has led him to co-found Greenwich Music Tutors and perform with orchestras including the St. Louis Symphony, Columbus Symphony, and several others across the US. He is especially fond of the summers he spends performing here as a resident artist of CLMF. Michael earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Music and Economics from Vanderbilt University, and his Master’s Degree in Violin Performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music.
