Aaron Schwartz 2024

Aaron Schwartz enjoys a multifaceted career as a chamber musician, improviser, composer/arranger, and educator. As a founding member of KASA Quartet he has helped arrange multi-genre works for string quartet by artists such as George Gershwin, Marvin Hamlisch, Jacob Collier, Joe Hisaishi and Oscar Peterson. Aaron serves as Concertmaster of Opera Project Columbus and Assistant Concertmaster of the Lacrosse Symphony Orchestra in Lacrosse, WI. As a teacher, he is an Associated Faculty member at the Chamber Music Connection in Worthington, OH where he coaches chamber music and improvisation. Aaron received a Bachelor of Music and an Advanced Musical Studies Certificate in Violin Performance from Carnegie Mellon University under the tutelage of Andrés Cárdenes, and currently plays with a French-Canadian bow crafted by Richard Compartino on loan from Deborah Price.
