Violist Bethany Hargreaves enjoys a diverse career as a chamber musician and orchestral musician. She has performed alongside distinguished musicians such as Miriam Fried, Ani Kavafian, Itzhak Perlman, and members of the Aziuri, Brentano, Cleveland, Dover, and Emerson String Quartets. Hargreaves regularly performs with A Far Cry, Boston Symphony Orchestra, The Cleveland Orchestra, and the National Symphony Orchestra, and is active in community engagement projects with the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra and The Perlman Music Program. Hargreaves holds degrees from the Cleveland Institute of Music, The Juilliard School as a proud recipient of the Kovner Fellowship, and the Yale School of Music. Her principal teachers include Misha Amory, Heidi Castleman, Ettore Causa, Jeffrey Irvine, and Lynne Ramsey.
