Payment Information

To secure Early Bird pricing, sponsorship commitments must be confirmed by December 31, 2024, with a 50% deposit due by January 31, 2025, and the remaining balance by March 31, 2025. After December 31, standard registration and full payment are required by May 1, 2025.

Your gift is tax-deductible to the extent that it exceeds the value of the benefits you receive in exchange. Some donors choose to make an additional gift to cover the cost of benefits (for instance, to maximize an employer’s matching gift). If you would like the amount of your gift to be fully tax deductible, you may decline benefits.
