Colleen Bernstein is an award-winning percussionist recognized for her precise execution of contemporary music and narrative works. Based in New York City, she recently held positions with the orchestras of Broadway’s Spamalot and Radio City Music Hall. Colleen has previously collaborated with notable artists including Béla Fleck, Judy Collins, Tania León, Concertgebouw Orchestra Camerata, American Symphony Orchestra, Silkroad Ensemble, and International Contemporary Ensemble. As a soloist, Bernstein has performed with Albany Symphony, won prizes internationally, and presented recitals across the country. She is a member of American Wild Ensemble and Creative Leaps International. Colleen is a professor at William Paterson University, and an artist endorser for Black Swamp Percussion and Malletech.
