Hannah Hickman, DMA, is an award-winning saxophonist based in New England (Farmington, CT). A graduate of The Hartt School, she serves on faculty at the University of Hartford and Connecticut State Community College, teaching saxophone, chamber music, music history, and world music. Her performance focus is in classical music, with credits including the New World Symphony, Hartford Symphony Orchestra, Albany Symphony Orchestra, and a featured solo at the Tanglewood Festival of Contemporary Music. Hannah welcomes opportunities for collaboration with fellow performers, ensembles, composers, and arts organizations. She maintains a private studio of students ages 5 to 75, a testament to her passion for cultivating lifelong relationships with music.
