Hannah Hickman, a saxophonist and music educator from Sheldon, Iowa, is based in Hartford, Connecticut. She has performed internationally at events such as the World Saxophone Congress and the International Saxophone Symposium. A 2017 Yamaha Young Performing Artist winner, she has soloed with the University of Minnesota Symphony Orchestra and the Hartt Wind Ensemble, and performed with the Albany Symphony and Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra. Hannah is dedicated to new music and accessible education, founding KeySpark (keysparkmusic.com), an online platform for young saxophonists. Hannah holds degrees from the University of Minnesota, University of Michigan, and University of Missouri-Kansas City, and is pursuing a doctorate at The Hartt School.
