Perri Cordray studied with Richard Aaron at the University of Michigan, from which she graduated with honors and a B.M. in cello performance, as well as a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies. She has been involved in chamber music since her earliest days as a cellist, thanks to the Chamber Music Connection in Worthington, Ohio; through CMC she played in multiple award-winning ensembles and was featured twice on NPR. As a Lincoln Center Stage artist, she performed in a piano quintet on Holland America Line in more than 30 different countries. Perri has also attended workshops in creative nonfiction writing at the Kenyon Review, and she’s certified both as a proofreader/copyeditor and as a TEFL educator. She currently works in music consulting as the operations manager for Concertize.
