Generally, Sherman’s is unavailable for rental during the Caroga Lake Music Festival (mid-July – August) as well as Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends. The main building is closed for the winter Mid October – Mid May.
Events must occur between 8 am and 10 pm.

Spaces
Park Grounds – 7.5 acres of open ground with beautiful views of the lake and mountains.
Bumper Car Pavilion – Standing next to the lake, the iconic Bumper Car Pavilion offers a large open space with overhead cover.
Carousel Access – The historic carousel is complemented by the beautiful lighting and decorative interiors and stained glass windows (use of the Carousel is access only, no use of the platform or animals is granted). The Carousel is the perfect year-round venue space.
Bath Ave Parking Lot – Located adjacent to the Sherman’s Park, the Bath Ave Parking Lot can accommodate vehicles for your guests.
